We can't meet yet!
What can we do about it?
IES Marenostrum in Torrevieja and Calamandrei in Torino have tried to organize every week or two an online meeting for small groups of students.
During these meetings the students have to talk in English. In the first sessions, they have to introduce themselves, talking about their habits and their schools. It's going to be a nice experience, while waiting the chance to meet each others live!

Today we had our first online meeting between Italian and Spanish students. 🙋
As you can see, the Spanish students are speaking from their school; instead, the Italian ones are speaking from their homes: we are in different contexts but, although difficult it may be, we can still get together.
Together with them, in the virtual meeting room, there were two Spanish teachers, David and Almudena, and an Italian one, Elisa.
It was our first contact and is was a very nice experience!

Unfortunately, the intenet connection was not working fine all the time, and we didn't have so much time to talk but it was very interesting anyway!
We can't wait for the New (Happy) Year to arrive, so we can meet online again!🙋

To celebrate this new year, we met again on Google Meet with the Spanish students of Torrevieja on 2nd Feb 2021.
Here there are some pictures of the online meeting. Our students were Anita, Matilde, Mattia, Edoardo, Emanuele and Dario from 3F. They did a great job!!
The first time, due to technical problems, we didn't have enough time to show students' presentations about their cities, but this time we managed to do it. Here's a extract.
